    LOL, I think we must be about the same age! My sister Kathy had a Chatty Cathy doll. I was so jealous that there wasn't a Chatty Mary Beth doll! What a sweet memento.

    I had a Chatty Cathy and a Chatty Baby! Too funny. Those were high-tech dolls. LOL.

    Mary-- Yes, those dolls were quite popular in the day, weren't they? LOL

    Candace-- I didn't get the Chatty Baby, but I did get a Chatty Cathy when she debuted. I wonder why? LOL

    Margot-- I'm glad you enjoyed seeing it!

    Kathy-- Nah. You spell your Kathy wrong! ;-)

    LindyLouMac-- Yes. I opened a box and walked quite a distance down Memory Lane one night.

    Peggy-- I'll have to look that one up because I don't remember it.

    Cathy, that is such a sweet thing for a mom to do and for a daughter to still have. I've kept some of my own daughter's special notes given to me when she was a child. When I show them to her now, she makes a face.

    But she's a mom now, so she'll be saving things soon enough.
